TLB Projects has a very flat management structure. Lee oversees all the Supervisory and Project Management roles himself. Hands on and communication directly with the “horses-mouth”, so to speak.

This leads to more efficient and faster decision making and less errors in communication.

Where possible, TLB will visit site in person, to conduct the Initial Survey to obtain the most accurate scope or brief. (Ideally this will involve some trades; dependent upon the actual requirement) Following this survey TLB Projects will provide a “high level” written price ESTIMATE to indicate to the client what the overall project budget could be.

Once approved, we will full Site Survey. This is to allow all trades & contractors to visit site and conduct an investigative survey with a view to providing a firm price QUOTATION. This is a detailed priced document that forms the basis of the client purchase order.

Whilst working at risk, TLB offers 3 revisions to the QUOTATION before “written commitment” is required from the client. Upon receipt of an official Purchase Order, TLB would then generate the following documents – Materials PO’s, Full RAMS, Project Programme & Construction Site Health & Safety Plan.

All TLB employees and sub-contractors are subject to DBS checks provided by GOV.UK and Digidentity. All sub-contractors are vetted by TLB annually for H&S, Environmental & Commercial practises. This is carried out by TLB Projects Directors.
